Our agents operate under licence C.C.I.A.A. LI  number 1577 and our Montefeltro representative is licenced C.C.I.A.A. Rimini number 1044, but we also work  close association with a very carefully selected team of professional, licensed real estate agents in order to offer the widest selection of properties throughout the Marche (we also cover other regions in Italy through our Magical Italy network). 

We can therefore help you source a property, arrange viewings, organise accommodation and provide translation services and assistance with negotiations and in processing any relevant contractual documentation, and or, applications (Codice Fiscale and setting up a bank account for example). We also provide a separate conveyancing service and can carry out a pre-purchase inspection of your desired property, but this is an on demand, optional service.

Once you have completed contracts we can also help you transform your chosen property into the house of your dreams and manage the renovation project with our British project manager who is fluent in Italian. Even if you have found a property through another agent, we can still renovate the house for you.

We will also advertise (prices are valid from Jan 2008 but are subject to change without notice) some selected properties. These are either available as seen or as turn-key solutions where the design, specification and project will already have been developed by our team of architects. 

Or alternatively, we can discuss your own personal requirements and when you have decided on the design, specification and budget, we will prepare plans for your approval and then go ahead with the restoration project.

The cost of the renovation package will vary according to project size, type of construction and specification etc. Once we know exactly what you require, we will provide you with an all-inclusive price. These properties will all be hand-picked and in most cases, will be houses that we have restored and renovated for our clients.
